What brought you to Austin & Williams?
A very good friend actually brought me to A&W. Fran Petito was the Director of Mail Services here at the time, and she and I had worked together twice before and had known each other for many years. When an opening became available here she thought of me right away, and the rest is history! Fran has since retired but I cannot thank her enough for leading me to Austin & Williams. It’s a great place to work.
If you were to describe the Agency in three words, what would they be?
Fun. Creative. Energetic.
What is the most challenging part of Account Management?
Definitely the multitasking. It is always a challenge to make sure to stay on top of each project for every client. I have lots of checklists and a planner filled with reminders and deadlines. It’s all worth it though when you see the end product – we create amazing things for our clients.
Do you have any pets?
My husband and I recently adopted a dog, and we’re crazy about her! Her name is Amber and she is a Labrador-Golden Retriever mix. She is so sweet and well behaved – we are very lucky to have found such a great dog.
What are your favorite and least favorite TV shows?
Those who know me well know that I am a “Friends” fanatic. I even have the “Friends” trivia game, but no one will play with me because I know just about every episode by heart.
I don’t know that I have a “least favorite” show, but I recently found out that there is a show with my name in the title – “Megan Wants a Millionaire” – so I checked it out. I am terribly disappointed that I share a name with the “star” of this reality program, as I couldn’t possibly differ more from her in values, personality, or wardrobe choices.

Don’t sweat the small stuff. Note, the question said “try” to live by. I am not always good at following through!
