A&W Launches "The Outlet" E-Newsletter and "Unplugged" Blog

February 17, 2009

Loutlet.jpgong Island, NY – Austin & Williams, Long Island's most award-winning advertising agency, recently launched two social marketing programs – The Outlet, an informative bimonthly e-newsletter and Unplugged, a dynamic new web site blog – to complement the Hauppauge-based agency's recently-renovated web site.

The Outlet, focuses on headline-making A&W news – such as the agency's recent successful relaunch of the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum – while also providing business tips and techniques culled from a variety of sources as well as insightful articles on "all things advertising."

Unplugged, the agency's new blog, creates more of a dynamic dialogue between the agency, clients and the online community at large, offering insights into the day-to-day workings of Austin & Williams, colorful commentary from staff members, and helpful marketing tips – while encouraging blogger feedback.

"Great advertising is, after all, about quick and effective communication," says Ken Greenberg, President and CEO of Austin & Williams. "By incorporating these exciting new social communication tools with our newly renovated web site, not only can we quickly and effectively share our ideas, but truly interact with a wider online audience."

Austin & Williams is a full-service marketing and advertising agency specializing in research-driven, results-oriented campaigns for clients in ultra-competitive environments such as health care, financial services, higher education and hospitality.
