There's no better way to begin an agency of record relationship than with a record-breaking campaign: just ask Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union (MAFCU). Within days of signing Austin & Williams, their new agency launched a direct marketing campaign for auto loans that generated three times more applications than the prior year for the Maryland financial institution, which serves consumers and businesses in Montgomery County.
"Austin & Williams really hit the ground running," says Marc Wilensky, Vice President of Marketing. "They turned on a dime for us. Within a few weeks of hiring them as our agency, their team developed and implemented a strong social media strategy, as well as a direct marketing program that produced solid results." MAFCU extended the auto loan promotion because of its success.
"MAFCU is a dynamic, growing financial institution and we're thrilled to add them to our client roster," says Eva LaMere, Austin & Williams Executive Vice President. "They're market innovators who understand and appreciate the value of having a strategic marketing partner like A&W. They're open to new ideas and approaches and are just great people to work with. We couldn't ask for a more collaborative relationship."
The agency, which specializes in financial services marketing, also has launched a digital marketing program for MAFCU and will be redeveloping their website.
