Austin & Williams is pleased to announce that we’ve brought former intern Andrea Regruto on board in a full time capacity, to join our team as a Graphic Designer.

We take our Interns seriously at Austin & Williams: we bring them under our wings, teach them, guide them and then “rope them” in.

Andrea has been a bright light (of estrogen, we might add) in our “guy-heavy” studio. Her boundless energy, drive and desire to please have not gone unnoticed on us hard skinned ad folks. She quickly became part of our team, put up with the shenanigans in the studio, and managed to stand out with her quiet, yet bubbly, personality.

And Andrea is even more special: she is our first ICAP Intern – our own successful case study and poster child for what we preach. Thanks, Andrea for making it easier to “put our money where our mouth is.”

We are thrilled to officially welcome Andrea to A&W. While we work on adding her to our “Team’s Bio” page, check out her interview that ran in the last agency newsletter and get to know the latest, greatest addition to the A&W team and please join us in wishing her well also!
