Carolyn's Corn Dip
Carolyn's Corn Dip is a company favorite on Margarita Monday's and the annual Cinco De Mayo party.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. light sour cream
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 cans of Mexicorn, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
The Method
Mix all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
